We identified the biggest source of uncharged sessions with new clients and we took an important step to fight this fraudulent activity.
Our teams have built a mechanism that identifies payment risk and will proactively respond to prepaid cards, providing you with a trusted mechanism to gain new clients and bring your clients back for more sessions.
What’s New?
When a client enters his card details, our new payment mechanism will recognize the payment method, and will divert clients with prepaid cards as follows:
For Existing Clients:
When the client only has a pre-paid card: the platform will direct them to deposit funds or enter another payment method.
When the client has a pre-paid card and regular cards: The new default is set to charge the last regular card used (debit/credit card).
If a client explicitly chooses to use the prepaid card, they will be directed to deposit funds or enter another payment method before being able to start a session.
For New Clients:
When a new client wants to start a session with a prepaid card, they are automatically directed to either deposit funds or enter a regular card.
