How does the “My Readings” feature work?
New Sidebar Link
When clients open the chat app, they will see a new option in their sidebar menu: My Readings.
All Chat Transcripts Listed
All of the client’s past readings are listed by date, time, and advisor. When they select one, a full transcript of the reading will be displayed so the client can review your conversation.
Bringing Clients Back to You
As clients browse previous readings, your profile name and picture are always there, along with a “Chat Now” call-to-action button. If they click it, the client will be reconnected directly with you, right where you left off.
