We're excited to tell you about a new feature we've recently added to the Kasamba app and mobile web. Some of you have been bringing up the topic of uncharged sessions. Well, we listened! Now, your clients can access My Wallet from the app to easily manage their payment settings.

My Wallet makes it easy for clients to see their available balance, review and change payment methods, add funds and encourage use of Auto Refill. This will reduce the number of readings being disconnected, assist with retention, and increase your earnings!
