Palm Readers on Kasamba are a handful, and so it is very important to us that every single palm reader gives their clients the very best service possible.
We realize that reading palms from an online picture does not give you all the information you would usually get in a face to palm reading, and so we have created this guide for you to be able to best succeed in your next palm readings!

A client downloads the app, takes a picture of their palm, chooses an advisor, inserts a payment method and then, and once the session is live- they send you a link to their Palm picture. Please copy and paste the link in your internet browser. Once doing so, you will be able to see the client’s palm picture, and begin with the actual Palm reading.
Once greeting the client in, as you normally do with any client, you can let them know that you are looking at their palm and it might take you a few moments to study it and get insights for them (please try to take no longer then 30-50 seconds, making sure your client does not give up and hang up).
As you already know, the most known lines to address in a palm are the Head, Heart, Life and Sun Line.
It’s crucial that in a Palm reading you address these lines!
Further qualities you may address are the shape of the hand and the fingers, length, breaks and curves.
Here are a few examples on what is a great way to use it with clients:
“The first line is your life line. The way it’s shaped means it’s a good sign of good financial stability! This line also indicates that you need to maintain your spirituality..”
Another good example is:
“The first thing I noticed is that you have a square shaped hand. This means that you have a precise and balanced personality..”
In case a client comes in asking about love, and you see interesting information regarding their career or family matters, it’s important to address more topics that you recognize in their palm.
Let the client know that you are going to answer their question at the moment, and that you see further important information in the relevant subject (Family, career, friends etc).
Let the client choose if they wish to hear about these other topics, and if they want to do so in this reading or the next one.
It can be a great idea to use the scheduled messages to send these clients something about another line you have not discussed.
To sum things up, especially in the first few minutes of the reading, It’s important that you make sure to address these terms with your clients, demonstrating how professional you are and thus gaining their trust. You can decide whether the rest of the reading should contain these professional terms or not.
