Best Practices for Tarot App Clients
It is important to acknowledge the Tarot cards.
When introducing yourself and asking for client’s name and DOB, mention that you see the cards / spread.
i.e. Hi - These are interesting Tarot cards you selected, please give me your name, DOB, and what you wanted to know when selecting the cards so I can provide insight into their meaning
If you don’t see the link.
See above to help guide the client to send the link to you. If for some reason the link is not there, they can’t figure out how to send it and they don’t remember the cards, it is best to keep them engaged (sending them back to the app to start over should be a last resort).
Keep in mind the client may be disappointed, if their cards are lost, so try to turn the conversation around by saying something about everything happens for a reason or that the universe wants them to select new cards with more focus, etc. and then ask them if you can select the cards for them.
If the photo is low quality.
The app allows the client to send a photo of their own Tarot cards, it is possible that the photo will be low quality.
If you can’t see the cards, ask them to tell you the cards they picked and the order in which they appear. NOTE: The client is connecting with you through mobile and there is no convenient way for them to retake and send you the photo. If the client sent an inappropriate photo, please end the session and notify us at
[email protected]
Immediately Start Reading.
The client is coming through an app and is expecting an easy transition from the app to the reading. Therefore, it is best not to delay the start of the reading. NOTE: You are getting these clients because you are in the Tarot category, if you are not a Tarot reader and unable to read the cards right away, please remove yourself from the category. We will be monitoring these clients to ensure that the readers are able to provide Tarot readings.
