The redesign is focused on the login, billing information, and pre-session pages.

The new design is built on insights we’ve gained from an extended usage analysis study.
This will lead to more clients completing the journey from login to session, increasing your earnings!

A tried and tested login page

Over the past few months the product team tested different versions of the login page. The new page is built using the best performing design. The changes have increased the amount of logins to Kasamba by over 100%.
Friendly Billing Information Page

We added two design elements to make the billing information page friendlier for clients.

First we made it even clearer that clients can pay with credit cards or PayPal on mobile by adding button next to each icon.

Information security has always been a top concern. With the new design, we are improving the visibility of our secure payment.
New Design for Pre-Session Page

The pre-session page leads directly to a live session.

We made the following changes to encourage more sessions:

  • Increased focus on advisor
  • Emphasize ‘Chat Now’ button
  • Reduced background distraction
