Our new chat has one clear, undivided text box that allows a natural conversation flow
with your clients, letting them make the most of their reading. This update will draw new
users to you and keep your existing users coming back for more readings!

What's new in our chat for desktop?
Client Interface Improved
  • Larger, easier-to-read fonts.
  • Clients will now see the whole conversation back-and-forth in one text box chat.
Please Notice:
Client's text appears on the screen only once the client hits “Send”, just like most mobile messaging or chat. Please be patient and don’t hang up.

New Ratings and Reviews
Our new interface makes it easy and simple for clients to give you ratings and reviews as soon as the reading is done – more 5-star ratings means more readings for you!
Review Reading &
“New message” Alerts

Now clients can scroll back up through the conversation, reviewing how you have answered questions so far. When a client receives a new message, they'll get a “New message” alert. When the client clicks on it, they'll jump back to the latest answer.
